St.
Luke Parish provides faith formation opportunities for children
that complement and support the family’s role in passing on,
nurturing and forming the faith of each child. We focus on what
it means to be a Catholic Christian in today’s world and fostering
an intimate relationship with Christ.

Early
Childhood Faith Formation offers Sunday morning sessions
for three-year old, four-year old, and kindergarten age children
during the 9:00 AM Mass from October until May.
Elementary
Age Faith Formation offers sessions on Sunday morning following
the 9:00 AM Mass for children six through twelve years old (First
- Sixth Grade). Sessions meet from October until May.
Children’s
Sacramental Preparation for First Penance and First Eucharist
is offered for children of practicing parish families, second grade
or older. Children attending St. Luke School are prepared as part
of the second grade curriculum. Sacramental Preparation for children
attending local schools are prepared as part of the second grade
Faith Formation curriculum, on Sunday mornings.
Ecumenical
Vacation Bible School, a joint effort each summer with
neighboring Protestant Churches, is a week-long, fun-filled faith
enrichment program for kindergarten through 6th grade children.
Athletic
Association provides quality athletic experiences for grade
school children of the parish through Archdiocesan CYO: cross-country,
soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball, and track and field.
Scouts/Campfire
group offer parish children opportunities for personal
and leadership development as well as outdoor and nature experiences.
