Jr. High Youth Night called “The Core” – Open to all 7th & 8th graders. Meet every Tuesday night, from 6:30 – 8:30 PM in the Rainbow Room of the O’Brien Center. We want to give the Jr. High Youth an opportunity to strengthen their faith in Christ. They come and experience how powerful and alive God is in our community, in our schools, our families, and in their relationships with each other. All are welcome and encouraged to come. Activities include: Dinner for 8, Jr. High Rally, Migrant Project, Once a month service Project, Retreats, Worship Nights and Girl’s/Guy’s Night Out.

Sr. High Youth Night called “The Open Door” – Open to all 9th – 12th graders. Meet every Wednesday night, from 7:00 – 9:00 PM in the Rainbow Room of the O’Brien Center. Sr. Youth Nights are an opportunity for our youth to explore and strengthen their faith while building community in an active, fun and safe environment. We dig into issues that they face daily as a teenager. Youth are encouraged to bring a friend! Activities include: Retreats, Convention, Ascend, Saturday Service Squad (S.S.S.), Coffee Hour, Mission Trips, Girl’s/Guy’s Night Out, City Dive, Radical Sabbatical, Worship Nights, Camping.

Youth Ministry Intern Information

Youth Confirmation preparation process assists high school juniors and seniors in deepening their understanding and acceptance of our faith as Roman Catholic Christians and in discerning their readiness to celebrate this Sacrament of Initiation. Youth gather twice monthly on Sunday mornings.

Athletic Association provides quality athletic experiences for grade school children of the parish through Archdiocesan CYO: cross-country, soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball, and track and field. A senior high basketball program is also available.

Scouts/Campfire group offer parish children opportunities for personal and leadership development as well as outdoor and nature experiences.
