Womens CONNECT are women who meet regularly on Wednesdays for fellowship and faith enrichment as we learn and grow, cultivating virtue. If you missed a meeting, no worries! Attend as your schedule permits; whether or not you are able to complete the reading. Fellowship is an important aspect. All ages and denominations of faith are welcome.
Remotely, St. Luke started a Women’s Connect Group for engagement, connection, and meaningful fellowship; formed with the intention of equipping women as beloved daughters, sisters, wives, mothers and grandmothers. This new group started off with the Catholic Moms Summit, held November 13-15, 2020 with more than eighty presenters sharing practical use-it-today guidance on the issues we face as women, sisters, moms, and grandmothers. Once the summit was over, the group discussed and shared, Becoming Women of the Word: How to Answer God’s Call with Purpose and Joy by Sarah Christmyer. Becoming Women of the Word explores the lives of women in the Bible today to discover how they followed God in tough times. Also, please share the Friday Morning Men’s group with the men in your life, your brothers, sons, fathers and husbands.
We will watch and discuss episodes of The Chosen and enjoy the coming fall with just fellowship and refreshments.
Please know you are welcome to attend as often as you are able. Drop-ins are welcome as are visitors!
